Have never been here before but have had chinese from mass and NH...Kowloon to Oriental Gardens... Kim lai was definetly a surprise. Super friendly staff, Food was Hot (which can be an issue with chinese}. Food was absolutely delicious. Everything cooked perfect. Service was spot on. Spoke to the manager i think and expressed my gratitude. Definitely recommend. This establishment doesn't disappoint. 5 stars for sure the boneless ribs are the best ive ever had

Very yummy. Second time here. Crab rangoons are delicious. Chicken wings were huge. House rice was moist and plentiful. The Shrimp with lobster sauce was a lil salty but yummy tender shrimp and the bone in ribs had a great flavor but a weee over cooked. Definitely going back. The service was awesome.
I have had multiple dishes from here and they have all been fantastic. Highly recommend the pork fried rice, fried dumplings, and beef with broccoli. The portions are great for the price, I always have enough for lunch and (sometimes) dinner the next day. Ordered delivery tonight and the food was packaged very carefully so that no sauce would spill out, the driver was very nice, and it arrived a lot quicker than I expected. All in all a great experience every time
Been going here for 20 years. Past few times have been mediocre..this last visit the food was horrible..over cooked chicken. I've worked in the food industry for years and I could tell that they leave the chicken out uncovered because one side was hard as a rock on almost all of my general tso.twice dipped egg roll that was gross. The soda was good.. ugh. Upset and disappointed customer.
Very good chicken pad thai, right amount of spiciness. Crab Rangoon hit the spot perfectly, plenty of cream cheese. Even with the weather being terrible they still got it here when they said they would! Very friendly and patient service over the phone when placing order.

I LOVE THE FOOD!! Best Chinese food around Portsmouth!! I mean its has it potential to be a jade three.. but if that lady that takes all the delivery orders should be idk maybe ACTUALLY NICE ON the phone!!? Like shes always yelling for you to hurry up with your order and when if you were to get an item sized wrong SHE FREAKS OUT. Like never have i ever hear a more entitled person in my life. Especially on the phone.
